The results? A year of yoga lowered proinflammatory adipokines and boosted anti-inflammatory adipokines in participants with metabolic syndrome! That means yoga could help manage symptoms by suppressin' inflammation.

Dr. Siu explained, "These findings shed light on how long-term yoga exercise impacts adipokines, which is crucial for human health."
