Ten moderately and severely injured people were taken to the University Hospital Tübingen. Another severely injured person was operated on at the Alb-Donau Clinic in Ehingen. The spokeswomen from both hospitals confirmed the admittance of patients due to the train crash.

The Military Hospital in Ulm took in 14 patients, with 13 classified as lightly injured and one as moderately injured. However, no information about the health and treatment status of these patients has been provided. Seven injured individuals were treated at the Sana Clinic in Biberach, including some with severe injuries, but specific details about their current medical status are not available.

Two critically injured individuals are being treated in intensive care units at the University Hospital Tübingen and the Alb-Donau Clinic in Ehingen. The Railway chief expressed emotion after the incident, stating that the images were heart-wrenching.
