The Nuremberg Museum of the Future is set to host an intriguing exhibition titled "New Food Systems - Rethinking Food," which will run from July 9th, 2022, to March 1st, 2026. This exhibition aims to spark conversations about our eating habits, food production, and future nutrition concepts.

Visitors to the exhibition can expect an interactive and engaging experience, as they are encouraged to think critically about their food choices and consider the environmental and societal implications of their decisions. The exhibition will feature a variety of exhibits and installations, showcasing innovative solutions to challenges in food production and consumption.

One of the key focuses of the exhibition is the exploration of future nutrition concepts. This includes the development of nutrient-dense foods that cater to specific health needs, such as those needed alongside emerging weight-loss medications. The exhibition will also highlight the importance of food sovereignty and access, ensuring that everyone has access to affordable, culturally relevant, nutrient-rich foods.

Another important aspect of the exhibition is its emphasis on sustainable nutrition systems. The exhibition will also provide a platform for discussions and debates about the future of food systems, fostering collaboration and innovation in the field. It is worth noting that the exhibition does not guarantee that every feasible new food method will end up on our plates, emphasizing the exploratory and experimental nature of the event.

The "New Food Systems - Rethinking Food" exhibition will be open Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 10 am to 6 pm. In addition to these hours, the exhibition will also be open at the Nuremberg Museum of the Future from 9 am to 6 pm on weekends and holidays.
