This service combines Oura Ring data with blood biomarker tests, offering U.S. members aged 18 to 64 a comprehensive look into their health. The service is currently exclusive to certain states due to legal and regulatory restrictions.
Oura Health Panels cost $99 and track over 50 cardiometabolic blood markers. These results are reviewed by licensed clinicians and appear in-app with simplified visuals, making it easy for users to understand key trends. The service aims to enable proactive health management by connecting blood results ('what') with Oura Ring data ('why').
Oura members can book blood tests directly in the app, with results returned in-app and reviewed by a licensed clinician. The service is HSA and FSA eligible. Oura has partnered with Quest Diagnostics for easy lab scheduling at approximately 2,000 U.S. locations through the Oura app.
