Linda Louise Kosine: A Loving and Vibrant Life Celebrated
Linda Louise Kosine, a beloved resident of Sheridan, Wyoming, passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 68. Known for her warm heart, friendly demeanor, and helpful spirit, Linda made everyone feel loved, valued, respected, and appreciated.
Born on February 19, 1957, in Buffalo, Wyoming, Linda moved to Sheridan at a young age with her mother, Donna Mae Bell, and her older sister, Penny Turk. She found her first love at the age of 22 and had a son, Jerrod Turk. Later in life, she married her best friend and soul mate, David Kosine, on July 30, 1983. The union brought her a bonus son, Brian Kosine, and a daughter, Kendra Kosine.
Linda is survived by her husband, David, her daughter Kendra, her son Jerrod, her bonus son Brian, her sisters Kris (Jerry) Melneck, Lori (David) Bertrand, Candy Aragon, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Throughout her life, Linda had a love for arts and crafts, BBQs, camping, games like Yahtzee and Liverpool Rummy, watching wrestling, and her KC Chiefs. She was an active member of the Women's VFW Auxiliary and enjoyed playing Bingo on Tuesdays.
The Celebration of Life for Linda Louise Kosine will be held on August 9, 2025, at 19 Woboda Lane, Sheridan, Wyoming. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to 1 Northern Bank, 29 N.
