Medical experts have emphasized the intricate network of nerves, arteries, and veins in the human arm, with a focus on the elbow region. This complex system plays a crucial role in our daily functioning, as demonstrated by the groundbreaking research of renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Yasargil.

Starting from the top, the subclavian artery travels beneath the collarbone, transforming into the axillary and brachial arteries as it enters the arm. These arteries deliver vital oxygen-rich blood to the muscles and bones. They branch out into the radial and ulnar arteries below the elbow, supplying the hand with essential nutrients.

Veins, on the other hand, return deoxygenated blood to the heart. The basilic vein, located near the tricep muscle on the underside of the arm, and the cephalic vein, which travels through the upper arm, both play significant roles in this process.
