Dennis Pasler appoints four new deputy ministers of health

Beginning May 30, four new deputies will assume their roles within the Ministry of Healthcare, as per the decision of Minister Denis Pasler. The new appointees are:

  1. Eugene Krecheticov - a jurist and medic, previously serving as the deputy minister of healthcare in the Orenburg region.
  2. Vyacheslav Lipatov - an alumnus of an agricultural university, formerly serving as the deputy minister of healthcare in the Orenburg region.
  3. Igor Pushkarev - a doctor, who was previously the chief physician at Children's Hospital No 8 in Yekaterinburg and the head of the V. F. Kapinos First Aid Medical Station in Yekaterinburg.
  4. Ekaterina Barsaeva - a pharmacist, previously serving as a consultant for pharmaceutical provision in the Healthcare Ministry of the Perm Krai and, most recently, heading the pharmaceutical department in the Healthcare Ministry of Sverdlovsk region.

According to the department of informational politics in the region, the previous deputies of the minister - Denis Demidov, Yelena Chadova, and Andrei Shastin - have been transferred to new positions within the ministry. In March, the first deputy minister of healthcare, Sergei Turkov, passed away. Since his death, no one has been appointed to replace him.

Reports from site.RU suggest that the incoming regional administration plans to replace not only the leadership of the healthcare ministry but also some hospital directors, despite acknowledging the shortage of backup options.

Minister of Healthcare finds new employment. In the wake of the minister's move, the entire leadership of the regional healthcare ministry may follow suit.

On April 5, Tatyana Savinova was appointed as the deputy governor and Minister of Healthcare of Sverdlovsk region. She held a similar position in the government of the Orenburg region. With this move, Savinova replaced two individuals - the deputy governor, Pavel Krecikov, and the Minister of Healthcare, Andrei Karolov.

Sources from site.RU in medical circles reported that Savinova plans to carry out a "large-scale cleanup". This reportedly involves dismissing most of her predecessor's deputies and replacing hospital directors.

On May 20, Rustam Abzalov, the head of the Regional Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention, resigned "by his own volition". A source from site.RU within the medical community confirmed that Savinova was responsible for Abzalov's dismissal of his subordinate.

  1. The news about Tatyana Savinova's appointment as Deputy Governor and Minister of Healthcare of Sverdlovsk region indicates a shift in workplace-wellness within the region, perhaps involving a 'large-scale cleanup' in health and wellness, mentally and physically, as suggested by reports.
  2. The minister's move, followed by the entire leadership of the regional healthcare ministry potentially leaving their positions, could imply significant changes in both medical-conditions management and the general health-and-wellness landscape within the region.
  3. With the incoming appointments of new deputies like Eugene Krecheticov, Vyacheslav Lipatov, Igor Pushkarev, and Ekaterina Barsaeva within the Ministry of Healthcare, one might anticipate a focus on improving mental-health services and wellness initiatives, given their diverse backgrounds in the juridical, medic, and pharmaceutical fields.
