Accident-prone vehicle implicated in multiple road collisions

Yesterday afternoon, at around 14:20, an unexpected traffic accident occurred on Falkenseer Chaussee towards Spandauer Straße in Berlin's Falkenhagener Feld district. The incident involved an ambulance and a BVG bus of line M 37.

Witnesses at the scene urged the 55-year-old ambulance driver to stop, but he continued his journey, running over several bollards at the intersection with Stadtrandstraße. The collision caused several windows of the bus to shatter and the left exterior mirror of the ambulance to be damaged.

Two passengers from the bus, aged 43 and 67, sustained facial injuries from glass fragments and were taken to hospitals for further treatment. The 73-year-old injured passenger was treated by the rescue team at the scene. The exact condition of the ambulance driver is not known at this time.

Police officers at the scene called for an ambulance due to the driver's unusual behavior, and the ambulance driver himself was later taken to a hospital for further treatment. Another traffic accident occurred at Hüllepfuhl, where the ambulance driver finally stopped.

At the moment, no further details about the cause of the accident have been released. For the latest information, checking local Berlin news from reputable German sources or official police updates would be necessary.

Three other passengers from the bus were treated by the rescue team at the scene. The incident has caused quite a stir in the community, and the authorities are currently investigating the matter. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
